2009 BRUTE / SJWA War at the South Jersey Shore Folk Style National Championships
All Info On This Page is Tentative The 6th Annual War at the South Jersey Shore National Folkstyle Wrestling Championships at the Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. The 2009 War features a Youth Tournament with 50 weight classes spread across 4 age divisions and a High School Division with 16 weight classes. See registration form on page 2 for details and weight classes. The 2008 edition of the War drew 1543 wrestlers representing 14 states. The 2009 War will again feature expanded wrestling hours, a new mat layout for additional seating, and SPLIT SESSIONS on both Friday and Saturday (BAN/MID/JUN AM, INT/HS PM). We will again use the award winning Sikorasoft tournament software to facilitate more streamlined automation, and continue with “SAME MAT/WHOLE TOURNAMENT” format in 2009! Electronic bout boards will be available to follow the tournament live over the internet!

April 10 and 11, 2009 - the 6th Annual BRUTE/SJWA "War at the South Jersey Shore" National Folk Style Wrestling Championships at the beautiful Wildwood Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. The 2008 Edition of the National Folkstyle Championships was bigger and better than the 2007 National Championships event. In 2008 we saw more than 1500 quality wrestlers descend upon the beaches of Wildwood from all of wrestling's hotbeds north, south and west of the Atlantic Ocean!
