Midget Electronic Registration:

There are three steps you need to take to register and pay for ONE wrestler at a time online: 1) Check the Acknowledge Waiver check box; 2) Provide Wrestler / Insurance Information; 3) Electronically Pay the Tournament Fee

1. Step One - Acknowledge Waiver:

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I hereby give my child permission to wrestle in the 2009 War at the South Jersey Shore National Folkstyle Wrestling Championships and hereby waive/release the South Jersey Wrestling Association, LLC (aka SJWA), and all other sponsoring bodies, their officers, directors, committees, volunteers, and referees from all liabilities / claims for damages, while competing in or traveling to/from said SJWA wrestling tournaments. I also acknowledge that my child is covered by a major medical insurance plan; such coverage is mandatory requirement for participation.

I understand that by selecting CONSENT from the box below, I consent to this waiver and its conditions. You MUST consent in order for your child to wrestle.

2. Step Two - Provide Registration Information for Midgets (Birth Year of 1998 or 1999):

The form below must be filled out for EACH wrestler being entered. Please fill out ALL REQUIRED fields; if you fill out the PREFERRED (but not required) fields, it will be easier for us to communicate with you. If you do not fill out ALL REQUIRED fields, your entry will be rejected.

Remember - you are entering information for ONE wrestler, so only select ONE weight from the drop-down box below.

When you click on the Submit button below, your information will be sent to the SJWA. A Form Confirmation screen will appear, confirming your entry into the tournament. Soon thereafter, your name and other pertinent registration info, including your paid status, will be displayed on this website, further confirming your entry and payment.

* If you do NOT fill in ALL REQUIRED fields, your entry will NOT be accepted and you will be returned to the Data Entry form (this page). When you return to the form, it will be cleared. If you choose Back twice in your browser, you will return to the partially filled out form which will save you from typing ALL of the info back in again.
